#ELC Inventory Planning Assistant


The Role

The Estée Lauder Companies, a leading cosmetics company, is looking for a brilliant young graduate to join the Supply Chain department in the Planning office. To support the team, which is undergoing a period of great innovation and expansion, the Intern will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Automation of the stock surplus management process.
  • Support in Demand/IBP (Integrated Business Planning) area with activities that will be developed after entry.
  • Support the team in optimizing the level of service with tasks to be planned.
  • Adopt actions of Disposal, Redistribution and Fine Tuning of the Demand Planning to manage the excess stock quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor and ensure that the store’s stock levels are aligned with the targets defined by the Region.
  • Creation of a tool that allows continuous and automated monitoring of excess levels by brand.
  • Implementation of a real-time tracking system for the status of corrective actions (disposal, redistribution, forecast realignment), through dynamic and customized dashboards.
  • Automate the allocation and monitoring of actions at the responsibility of managers, with regular notifications and follow-up until their closure.

Qualifications
  • Scientific or economic Degree.
  • Analytical and proactive approach.
  • Supply chain and planning processes knowledge.
