KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The Global Online assistant has a key coordination role within the Online Global team being in contact with the different regions, teams and working on all the 360 online activations at Global levels. This scope covers tasks such as,

  • Participate in the monthly e-merchandising guidelines creation for brand.com and seasonal guidelines for e-retailers.
  • Ensure the excellence in execution for each online launch with content availability for all markets and recommendations (assets, product description creation, dedicated pages).
  • Participate in the creation of the 360 animation online plan to support each launch.
  • Support e-CRM strategy with brief creation.
  • Creative briefing on assets with Image team for the site animation, newsletter, e-retail banners etc. 
  • Monitor activations lead by regions on brand.com & e-retailer with specific assessments.
  • Help collecting monthly report data from the regional teams.
  • Deep dive into the online KPIs with the online team to help improve these KPIs.
  • Study the competitive environments to make sure we are the best in class.
  • Participate and coordinate different key site enhancements.
  • Contribute to the website e-merchandising & content creation via the CMS.
  • Monitor and notify bugs to regions.
  • Participate in UX optimization to ensure the best luxury KILIAN PARIS journey.
  • Creation of tickets with Development teams for global bugs & optimizations.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS :

 

  • Master degree student or Business School. (End-of-studies internship preferred)
  • First experience in Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce preferred.
  • Fluent in English and French and enjoys working in an international environment.
  • Google Analytics knowledge.
  • Comfortable with Excel and Power Point.
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal &organizational skills and desire to lead in projects.
  • Understanding of the luxury industry is a plus.
