The Role: 


Jo Malone London is currently recruiting for a Global Social Media & Analyst Trainee to join the Consumer Engagement team at the Global Head Office based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to develop their Social Media and analytics skills within a leading British fragrance and lifestyle house.

The position will be responsible for supporting the Social Media Team in the successful execution and reporting of first-class social media campaigns for Jo Malone London across the globe. The candidate must be highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail, in addition to having excellent analytical skills and strong written English. The ability to multi-task and prioritise is a key part of the role, therefore the ideal candidate must be proactive, fast thinking and possess a can-do attitude.

Reporting and Insights

         Prepare monthly reports utilising Jo Malone London's social media reporting tools

         Produce weekly, monthly and bi-monthly reports to highlight successes, learnings and the overall impact of all social campaigns

         Research and report on competitor launches or brands that are relevant to Jo Malone London to share internally

         Monitor market trends, social media best practise and new technologies and digital innovations

         Monitor UGC from influencers, micro-influencers and ambassadors

         Prepare ad-hoc reports upon request

Social Media Management

         Day-to-day management of customer comments and queries across all social channels, working closely with our Customer Care Team to respond on a timely basis

         Responsible for scheduling content through our content management tool

         Manage and organise social media asset uploads and

         Review user-generated content (UGC) and all brand mentions to identify content for use on social media and other business touchpoints

Additional/ Administrative Duties

         Work on projects as directed by team members and present a comprehensive document by the deadline set

         Maintain a high level of presentation and attention to detail in preparation of documents, writing emails and general presentation

         Attend all scheduled conference calls and take minutes throughout to share with team

         Support the team with ad-hoc requests as required

        Schedule and prepare meetings on behalf of the team

 



Qualifications

·         Previous experience within the Social Media industry

·         A passion for social media and/or the luxury goods industry with knowledge of latest trends

·         Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

         Availability to complete a full 12-month contract

         Confident in their analytical skills and experience with Excel

         Confident in written English and experience with PowerPoint
